Social Entrepreneur
In May 2020 she launched MentHer, a global mentorship network supporting female social entrepreneurs. It aims to inspire by sharing insightful information and stories, connect women to a like-minded community and equip them with the tools to start and grow their own social enterprise or create sustainability for their NPO/NGO.
Author
Ntsiki believes that an excellent way to learn from others is through mentorship. “Not everyone has the chance to sit down one-on-one with CEO's, self-made millionaires or guru's who've taken on social issues, but eavesdropping on a conversation with one of them does just as well”. My Hall of Mentors shares lessons learned from her parents, lecturers and business partners to phenomenal women such as Jenna Clifford, Peggy-Sue Khumalo and Koo Govender who wrote the foreword.

My Hall of Mentors
Lessons learned along a journey of success
Shares lessons learned over a period of seven years from various mentors and different times in life. “While most people were partying throughout varsity, I started a business and found mentors to help me achieve my goals. The path wasn’t clear at first, but it was better defined as I went, with each conversation I had with each mentor”. Not all business, the lessons learned tie into her personal life, character and perspective and each chapter offers the reader a moment to reflect on each lesson with a question and notes section.
